At one of the early Wolfe reunions, Joel invited us to stay in their cabin , the guest area in his and Maggie s beautiful home near Port Angeles. Finally in 2017, Steph and I were able to go there. It was a great way to get to know each other, and the area was so beautiful and cool-hiking-trail rich that I was wishing I had more than the three days.

Many of those are on my Olympic National Forest photo pages, but I pulled these rare ones where I got Joel in front of the camera (due more to my bad photography habits than him avoiding the camera).
