All the chapters of CMA have fund raising events throughout the year, capped off with a group ride and celebration on the first Saturday in May. We call
this Run for the Son. The money supports biker evangelism here in the United States and makes key investments in spreading the Gospel message throughout
the world through three like-minded ministries with world-reaching potential.
CMA (40% of the total):
This money is used for evangelism to motorcyclists, and others, in the United States and the 36 other countries where CMA has a presence. Every year, CMA
USA exposes more than 2 million people to the Gospel message.
Jesus Film Project (20% of the total):
The JESUS film has been translated into 2,170 languages and has been shown throughout the world, in even the most remote villages, and in some countries
using portable generators or solar power. As a direct result of CMA's Run for the Son, more than 20 million people have indicated a decision to follow
Christ after viewing the film.
Global Christian Relief (20% of the total):
In partnership with Global Christian Relief, CMA's Run for the Son supports the persecuted Church. Through Run for the Son, CMA has purchased and distributed
over 3.6 million Bibles. In some countries, as many as 50 people read just one of those Bibles. In addition to Bibles, CMA funds training and other Christian
resources that are given to millions of persecuted believers through Global Christian Relief.
Missionary Ventures International (20% of the total):
Native pastors working in jungles, mountain villages, and distant areas have been given 9,397 motorcycles, 7,507 bicycles, 67 boats, 42 horses, 13 wheelchairs,
13 camels, 4 horse and buggies, and 2 snowmobiles, through Run for the Son donations. These pastors can now cover a much greater area, plant more churches, and
go into areas never reached before.
